Shipping and delivery can be longer because of holidays and or customs regulations in the destination country. For international customers if there is a delay on arrival time please check with your local customs or your local post office.

International Customers:

Flat Rate international shipping: Please use the PayPal Checkout tab above or a PayPal invoice can be sent to you (no sign ups and no PayPal account needed).

Recommended: According to international shipping policies an insurance fee is required on jewelry items entering your country--a fee of $11 will cover this. All charges are based on Postal Service charges according to weight and international shipping policies. There is no handling fee and I make no profit from shipping fees.



You may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us (Hannah's Gemstone Jewelry), you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. I am required to fill out a Customs form for all International packages being shipped. This form will list the value of your order's contents by product type; for example, Earring value: $16.00

Please note that I may not be able to ship to your country because its laws prohibits jewelry items from entering the country. Countries of note: (United Arab Emirates, Togo, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Qatar, Ethiopia, Indonesia).

A great amount of care and thought goes into displaying and describing photos accurately as well as in the shipping process of every product to ensure that it reaches you in excellent condition just as it was sent. Contact me within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. In this case the shipping fees become the responsibility of the customer, and only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

To help provide you with the best possible service please provide:

• Order date and date received,
• Billing and shipping information,
• Details about your item (including product code, product name, size, color, and the quantity(ies) you wish to return).

Refunds, returns, or exchanges on earrings are completed when items have been sent to and received by Hannah's Gemstone Jewelry.
Items must be returned in original condition including packaging with a copy of the packing slip. Once received the cost of the item will be refunded minus a restocking fee for the wholesale value of the earwires.
